The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University is the largest comprehensive teaching hospital in Anhui Province, which integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation, and first aid. It’s also the medical mobile treatment center for national health emergencies and Anhui emergency medical treatment base.
Currently, there are 80 units of self-service terminals in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. According to the digital analysis results of the hospital's patient flow, it is scientifically distributed in the outpatient and inpatient floors subjected to local conditions. It forms a self-service network covering the whole hospital, fully embodying the service concept of "patient-centered" of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and wholeheartedly providing better medical and health services for patients.
With the implementation of JUDcare's one-stop self-service system in the hospital, patients can rest directly in the lobby and wait for results after the examination. Receiving the report reminder, they can scan the barcode in front of any self-service terminal connected to the server and get the examination report or film they need.
Before covering JUDcare’s one-stop self-service system in the hospital, patients received films by the service window, and the waiting time was particularly long. Especially when elderly patients went to see a doctor, the long wait in line made them worse and tired. When it came to the peak of diagnosis and treatment, there were various patients in the hospital for registration, films, payment, and consultation. The capacity of hospital service faced challenges.

The reports of all medical technology departments can be easily obtained with a single slide after the patient gets the guidance, which is convenient and fast. In the future, self-service of departments such as ultrasound, pathology, and endoscopy will be launched one after another.
