The comprehensive inspection team has been interested in the JUDcare one-stop self-service system deployed by the radiology department and the physical examination center of the hospital and has a detailed understanding of the working principle and operation process of the self-service printing service system.

JUDcare One-stop Self-service System of the First People's Hospital of Zhangjiagang is favored by the National Health and Family Planning Commission's Comprehensive Inspection TeamAt present, Zhangjiagang City First People’s Hospital has 33 JUDcare one-stop self-service terminals, including 21 full-service self-service terminals (SDP-8) and 12 department self-service terminals (SDP-1). According to the digital analysis results of the hospital’s medical flow, the equipment is scientifically distributed on multiple floors and departments, forming a self-service printing service network covering the whole hospital.

It is understood that before the self-printing of the First People’s Hospital of Zhangjiagang City, the patient’s image inspection report and diagnosis results need to be collected in the special window, and the waiting time is particularly long. The patients often check in the morning and wait in the afternoon for anxious anxiety in the hospital. For the elderly with limited mobility, long waits are even worse. At the peak of the diagnosis and treatment period, the patients who registered took the film, paid the fee, and consulted were very concentrated. The hospital became abnormal and noisy, and the staff was impetuous, which easily caused conflicts. The patient’s poor experience in visiting the clinic is incompatible with the current concept of advocating humane treatment in the medical community. In addition, manual verification and distribution of film reports are extremely error-prone, and patients’ privacy cannot be effectively protected, which is a hidden danger for medical disputes.

The newly introduced JUDcare one-stop self-service system in our institute has solved these problems very well. After completing the examination, the patient can go to the lobby to rest and wait for the result, or leave the hospital by himself, and choose the appropriate time to collect the report from the hospital. After the film (report) is generated, the system will automatically notify the patient through the large screen. The patient only needs to gently brush the JUDcare self-service terminal device with the voucher, and the reports of all medical and technical departments can be easily obtained. The self-service terminal of the whole hospital has six report outlets, which can print reports from multiple departments or even reports from multiple patients at the same time. It greatly shortens the waiting time of patients, improves the satisfaction of patients, and improves the quality of hospital service.

Patients can choose their own time at any time to receive reports, which is very convenient for patients and enhances the ability of patients to receive patients during peak visits.

After the JUDcare one-stop self-service system was launched, the first people’s Hospital of Zhangjiagang city has greatly improved the efficiency of hospital services, improved patient experience, and optimized the utilization of hospital human resources, so that medical staff has more time and energy to provide better services for patients. Both the inspection team and the accompanying leaders fully affirmed the new measures of the one-stop self-service printing service launched by the First Municipal Hospital for the benefit of the people.

In addition, the inspection team also watched the video teleconsultation demonstration of the hospital, inspected other major medical reform work such as the medical insurance settlement system, drug procurement system, and exchanged cordially with medical staff and patients to understand the other measures taken by the hospital in the field of people’s livelihood.
