When it comes to the peak period of diagnosis and treatment, patients who register, take films, pay fees, and consult are very concentrated. Hospitals become very noisy and staff is impetuous, which easily leads to conflicts.

After completing the examination, the patient can go to the lobby to rest and wait for the result, or leave the hospital by himself, and choose the appropriate time to collect the report from the hospital. After the film (report) is generated, the prompt screen above the self-service terminal will update the report immediately. Mr. Li, who has just finished the examination report, said with great emotion.

After the completion of the JUDcare one-stop self-service system, the second district hospital has greatly improved the efficiency of hospital services, improved patient experience, and optimized the use of hospital human resources, so that medical staff has more time and energy to provide better services for patients.
