Civil Aviation Medical Center

Civil Aviation Medical Center (Civil Aviation General Hospital) was founded in 1982 and reorganized into the Civil Aviation Medical Center in 2010, which includes Civil Aviation General Hospital, Civil Aviation Medical Institute, Civil Aviation Medical Examination Laboratory, and Aviation Medical Training Department. It is the only tertiary hospital of civil aviation in China. It also undertakes functions of the medical examination of the aircrew of the civil aviation system in China, aviation medical research, and physician training.

When you enter the Civil Aviation Medical Center, long straight rows of self-service terminals come into your eyes. Not only in the clinic hall, but they also can be seen everywhere in radiology, internal medicine, surgery, and other different departments.

In addition to the beautiful and coordinated design, JUDcare’s one-stop self-service payment terminal also supports seven functions including card printing, recharging, registration, payment, report printing, prescription printing, and billing inquiries. Thus, a single device can meet patients’ all non-treatment needs in Civil Aviation General Hospital.

Ever since the system has been used, only four months, it has served over 130,000 patients, provides self-service registration service 69,000 times, also printed 600,000 copies of test reports and 147,000 payments (24.46 million RMB in total). This greatly helped patients and optimize service processes.
