In the process of issuing reports, it is very easy to lose, accumulate, confuse, mistake, and information leakage. Queuing and running problems caused by centralized collection also bring many inconveniences to patients. When it comes to the peak period of diagnosis and treatment, patients who register, take films, pay fees, and consult are very concentrated. Hospitals become very noisy and staff is impetuous, which easily leads to conflicts.

After completing the examination, the patient can go to the lobby to rest and wait for the result, or leave the hospital by himself, and choose the appropriate time to collect the report from the hospital. After the film (report) is generated, the prompt screen above the self-service terminal will update the report immediately. Patients can scan the hospital magnetic card according to the voice prompt, and within 15 seconds the examination reports and image files of various departments such as examination, ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, MR, DR are fresh."Before you finish checking, you have to wait in line for a very long time, and you often go to ask medical staff. Now you can see the result on the big screen, everything is clear at a glance, the information is very transparent, there is no need to worry about jumping the queue. Sometimes we don't have time to wait for the results on that day. We can also pick up the results after work or on weekends. It's too convenient for our patients. Mr. Li, who has just finished the examination report, said with great emotion.

After the completion of the JUDcare one-stop self-service system, the second district hospital has greatly improved the efficiency of hospital services, improved patient experience, and optimized the use of hospital human resources, so that medical staff has more time and energy to provide better services for patients.
